Who actually issues the policy

Every policy is issued by the insurance company named on it, and that company pays the claim. Artizy Financial does not.

The companies we write policies through are Americo and Transamerica.

The first name in each box is the one you will recognize. The second is the legal name of the company that issues the policy, which is the name you can look up.

Ohio publishes an agent's appointments. They are on the same page where you check your agent’s license.
